You are cordially invited to the Black Ribbon Day Ceremony, commemorating the victims of totalitarian regimes in Europe.

Our keynote speaker will be Paul Wojdak, author of Escape from Siberia, Escape from Memory, whose family history reflects the tragic legacy of Soviet repression. Mr. Wojdak recently addressed the Polish community in Calgary and brings a powerful personal perspective to this solemn occasion.

This event is hosted by the Canadian Polish Congress and the Honourable Raj Chouhan, Speaker of the BC Legislature.

Light refreshments will be provided following the ceremony.
