You are cordially invited to the Black Ribbon Day Ceremony, commemorating the victims of Nazi and communist totalitarian regimes in Europe and honouring the memory of those who suffered under oppression, persecution, and the loss of fundamental freedoms.

The ceremony will include remarks from invited dignitaries and a keynote address from a distinguished speaker, who will share historical perspectives and reflections on the enduring importance of remembering the victims of totalitarianism.

This solemn event is hosted by the Canadian Polish Congress, British Columbia Branch, and the Honourable Raj Chouhan, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.

Light refreshments will be provided following the ceremony.
